Switch off and keep people clear. If anyone is hurt, or you have hit a cable or gas pipe, call 999 first.

Call or WhatsApp with your hire reference and a photo or short video of the problem.
- 3We fix it or swap it
We talk you through simple checks, send an engineer, or bring a replacement machine.
You do not pay for breakdown time. If the machine stops through no fault of yours, the lost time is not charged. We aim to fix or swap it within 3 hours, subject to availability. Our breakdown guarantee
Saturday: call or WhatsApp us and we will help. Sunday: stop using the machine, take a photo and WhatsApp us with your hire reference. We reply on Monday morning, and you never pay for time it is broken down through no fault of yours.
