A visual-only check before you start work
This is a visual-only check before you start. It is not a mechanical inspection. Do NOT open covers, check fluids, or grease/adjust anything.
🔍1. Walk-Around Check
- Leaks under the machine; damage to the machine or drums.
- Drums and scrapers intact, with no build-up.
- ROPS and seatbelt secure.
🔑2. Start-Up Check
- Warning lights extinguish.
- No unusual noise.
👀3. In-Operation Awareness
- Brakes hold.
- Water sprays.
- Vibration engages and disengages normally.
- No abnormal vibration through the seat (some vibration is normal).
🔒 If anything looks, sounds or feels wrong: STOP WORK & INFORM US.
