Cookies and similar technologies: this website sets no cookies of its own, and the only strictly necessary items we store on your device are your cookie choice (aiph_cookie_consent), your basket contents (cart-storage) and the sign-in data Firebase Authentication needs to keep you logged in, and (for staff logins only) the admin dashboard layout preference (sidebar_state); any non-essential cookies belonging to embedded third-party services, such as our Calendly booking calendar, are set only after you allow them.

When you accept our hire terms at checkout we record your IP address, the date and time of acceptance and the version of the terms that was live at that moment, so that we can evidence acceptance of the hire contract.
