A visual-only check before you start work
This is a visual-only check before you start. It is not a mechanical inspection. Do NOT open covers, check fluids, or grease/adjust anything.
🔍1. Walk-Around Check
- Leaks under the machine; damage to the machine, skip or lift arms.
- Tyres inflated and undamaged.
- ROPS and seatbelt secure and pinned.
🔑2. Start-Up Check
- Warning lights extinguish.
- No unusual noise.
👀3. In-Operation Awareness
- Brakes hold when the throttle is released.
- Steering responds normally.
- Skip raises, tips and lowers smoothly.
🔒 If anything looks, sounds or feels wrong: STOP WORK & INFORM US.
